Becky was available and answered the phone during her business hours.Other salons I tried either didn't pick up the phone or failed to return my calls. I really appreciated that she got me in on short notice. She was friendly, professional, and attentive. I got exactly the haircut I wanted. I would strongly recommend Bombshell Salon toanyone. Great job
Becky is amazing with color and cut. She also has a great personality so appointments with Becky are fun. Becky fixed my hair after another salon accidentally colored it 2-3 shades too dark. And she did it without damaging my hair. Highly recommended.
I would hardly describe this as an Aveda salon. The staff is very friendly. However, there isn't any sort of atmosphere. As a frequenter of aveda salons for years I am disappointed that they claim to be on the same level of an actual aveda salon. I wasn't offered anything to drink. I didn't receive a head massage when my hair was washed. Yes they have aveda products. But the way my hair was cared for spoke the opposite. The stylist didn't even fully blow out my hair. When I leave an aveda salon I have always felt like my hair was transformed- hence the reason to frequent aveda salons. When I left this establishment I pretty much had to go home, finish drying my hair, and style it on my own. If I'm playing $55-60 for a CUT then I expect it to be cut and styled to perfection with that kind of money. That's not asking a lot considering every aveda salon I have ever been to has delivered just that.
