My experience with Custom Body Fitness has been wonderful. I joined about a month ago, and have noticed an increase in my energy and a difference in my body. Working with Sandro, Erik, Estella, and Sarah is like have your own personal cheerleading team.
First month - check! An amazing workout with the most positive trainers in the valley. The workout is diverse leaving no room for mind chatter. I am seeing results and feeling great not only physically but mentally as well. A very positive experience for me.
I joined Custom Body Fitness for their Six Week Sexy Slimdown Challenge. This was a very different experience from any other gym I have ever joined. The "small group training" format is challenging and intense. I am new to weight training, so it was intimidating at first, but the trainers are great. They're quick to correct you if you have bad form, and you always feel like you're in great hands. They maintain a very upbeat and positive environment, and you can tell they love what they do. Other gym members are friendly and supportive. I am thrilled at my results so far, and really looking forward to more!
Sandro has helped to change my life from bad habits to good habits. My body has changed and I have lost a lot of weight something I could not do alone. I recommend it to everyone who wants to get in shape. There is nothing else that works.
I just completed my one month Dynamic Duo Fat Melt Down Challenge with Custom Body Fitness and I feel great. My body feels much healthier and I am very happy with my results. I was able to kick start my weight loss goals and I can see that my body has become more toned overall. Eric, Estela, Sarah and Sandro are great instructors and I really appreciate their motivation.
