Needless to say we are thoroughly pissed off because we can’t exactly get a babysitter easily.
Very comfy seats. Pretty easy to get there, even by bus. The popcorn doesn't always taste super fresh, but I think that mostly depends on when you go to the movies. There aren't many options for movie theaters in the valley, but this place is pretty standard overall.
We finally had a babysitter so we went to a 10:50am showing of Thor. The pre-show adverts ended on time, and then the final frame just stayed on the screen. We waited for 10 minutes and then I went out to the lobby to tell them that it still hadn’t started. Shortly the previews started, but after the third preview the screen went dark and lights came back on. My wife then went out to complain and soon afterwards... the previews started again. I was about to go out to the lobby to complain again when the screen froze. Again. It is now 11:28 and still no movie, no offer to come again later with free passes.
Neighborhood movie theater still serving up first run movies. Went with a friend who is deaf and got the special close caption device for him. Staff was helpful.
This theatre rocks! Very clean, uncrowded, and staff is friendly. Plus it's fairly new building.
Great prices for a movie theater. Comfy seats and clean environment! Will definitely be back. They have deals on Tuesday for super cheap showings!
